Who is responsible
Made-ly GmbH, Geneva, is the controller for personal data processed on made-ly.com under the Swiss FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR.
What we process
Order data (name, address, email, purchased items), which we need to perform the contract; and a technical cart cookie. We do not run advertising trackers.
Marketing
We only send news about harvests and lots if you explicitly ticked the box at checkout. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Where data lives
Customer data is hosted in Switzerland and the EU. Our Lebanese sourcing entity has no access to customer data — cross-border transfer to countries without adequacy is avoided by design.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data is kept for the 10 years required by Swiss commercial law, then deleted. Cart cookies expire after 30 days.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data at any time at privacy@made-ly.com. Deletion requests are honoured except where retention is legally required.
