Scope and seller
These terms govern purchases on made-ly.com. The seller is Made-ly GmbH, Geneva, Switzerland (the Swiss importer and responsible operator). Orders are accepted from customers in Switzerland.
Prices and VAT
All prices are in Swiss francs and include Swiss VAT at the applicable rate (2.6% for foodstuffs, 8.1% standard). The price at the time of order confirmation applies. Shipping is CHF 9.00 and free from CHF 80.00 of merchandise value.
Ordering and contract
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may decline orders in case of stock shortage, suspected abuse or an obvious pricing error; anything already paid is refunded in full.
Payment
Payment is currently by invoice: it ships with your parcel and is payable within 20 days by bank transfer or QR-bill. Card and TWINT payment are being added.
Delivery
We ship with Swiss Post, usually within 2–4 working days. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within a reasonable time and we will replace or refund.
Returns and defects
Food items are exempt from return for hygiene reasons once opened. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Defective or wrongly delivered goods are always replaced or refunded — write to contact@made-ly.com with your order number.
