Made-ly started with a simple observation: the best olive oil we ever tasted never left the village it was pressed in. The families of the Koura have pressed oil for centuries; what they lacked was not quality but a route to a shelf that pays fairly.

So we built that route. We buy directly at a published premium over the local reference price, ship in bulk to Geneva, and bottle with full Swiss labelling. Every lot is analysed in a laboratory and released only when the numbers clear the legal limits — the analyses are public, on every bottle's traceability page.

No middlemen, no blending, no stories that can't be checked. Scan the code on any bottle and you'll find the harvest date, the mill hours, the acidity — and what we paid.
