Where allergens are declared
The binding allergen declaration for every product is on its label and on the product page, in the mandatory information: 'contains' lists ingredients that are allergens, 'may contain' lists possible traces. Our sesame products (za'atar) and nut-filled preserves (makdous) are the ones to check first.
Laboratory analyses
Every olive oil lot is analysed in a laboratory before release — acidity, peroxide value and more, shown on each lot's traceability page next to the Swiss legal limits. A lot that misses a limit is never released.
