- How much is shipping, and how long?
- Flat CHF 9 across Switzerland, free from CHF 80 of goods. Swiss Post delivers in 2–4 working days with tracking.

- Card and TWINT on a secure hosted page, or by invoice with a Swiss QR-bill payable within 20 days.
- Can I return something?
- Unopened non-food items within 14 days. Food is exempt once opened, for hygiene. Anything faulty is always replaced or refunded.
