These are working objects from working towns: bowls wood-fired by the Njeim family, carafes blown from recycled glass in Sarafand's last workshop, trays hammered in the copper souk of Tripoli.
Slight irregularities are the signature, not a flaw. Each piece traces to its workshop and its production run.
